BY COMMISSIONING ME IN ANY KIND OF WAY, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE BELOW.

• 🎀 Payment

All payments must be paid fully upfront, when ready I'll send an invoice via Paypal for the commission 💖

• 🎀No Rushing

I personally don't work well under pressure, so constantly being rushed by clients isn't something that I'm okay with. You can pay for a rush fee but that would only be able to move you to the front of my current queue and that is only applicable to items such as emotes and chibis.
Also if YOU do not give me an actual deadline I will give you an estimate on my final date for the project, but if I do fall under circumstances where I cannot finish your commission I will give refunds. Keyword is CANNOT!

• 🎀Process

-Please provide references for your wanted characters
-Payment is completed with invoice and Paypal
-Sketches are started and sent to the commissioner, client can make as many changes as possible to the sketches
-Approval from the commissioner will always be needed before I move on the colouring and line art
- Clients will be updated on progress each step of the way
-PNG and PSDs are sent to clients once complete

• 🎀No Refunds

Refunds tend to cause a lot of issues, so make sure when you commission me that you are sure that you want to. The only time when I would issue a refund is if I myself am incapable of finishing your project due to personal complications.

• 🎀 Customer Satisfaction

I try really hard to make my clients happy but there's an extent to how much I can do, once we go past 3 revisions I start charging an extra $15., but this is specifically for work such as Vtuber models and Illustrations. Chibis and emotes are excluded.
Large adjustments will require an additional charge (Anything that would require me to redraw whole sections or add a new outfit)
